SociaBoost provides a social media management platform that allows users to schedule, publish, and analyze content across multiple social media platforms. The service includes features such as content scheduling, analytics, team collaboration, and AI-powered content assistance.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you post through our service. By posting content, you grant SociaBoost a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use SociaBoost for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright and trademark laws. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
6. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth herein. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days notice.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SociaBoost be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
